We lost the camera battery charger in New Bern the weekend that we went there...so, we haven't taken any pictures since. There's going to be a big hole in Joseph's baby book. I ordered a new charger though so hopefully our blog will be back on track soon. I'll be sure to over-compensate. I did add a few preview photos of Joseph's Halloween costume to the right hand side of the blog, take a look--he's going to be a frog. We're trying to teach him to say "ribbit-ribbit" but we haven't had much luck yet...

Weekend FUN!
The night before we left Joseph had no idea of how much fun he was going to have! (He never has any fun at home)
Joe and Joseph went out to Emerald Isle to hang out with some friends while mommy was at work.

Grandma and Grandpa visit
Joseph's grandma and grandpa came down to visit from New York!
And they brought birthday presents...
Joseph riding his new pony: (with grandpa making sure he doesn't get thrown off)
During their visit Joseph had a great time doing all kinds of fun things with them. Like visiting the NC Zoo!
At the Zoo he rode the carousel with grandma.
And they took him for lots of walks...he loves riding in his stroller!!
And they brought birthday presents...

Hilton Head here we come!!
The night before we left was a Wii olympiad! Check out the competitors:
Driving to the beach Joseph spent most of the trip trying to open his Birthday gift from G-ma and G-pa.
We've been at the beach for a week now and I thought it was about time to put up some pictures for all to see.
Joseph has been having a great time!
And not eating too much sand....
We ate at Paula Deen's Restaurant in Savannah GA. Joseph really enjoyed the Hoe cakes.

1st Birthday Pictures!!
We returned to our favorite place to get photos taken today to capture Joseph at one year.
Again, we couldn't keep him from laughing and having more fun than you would think possible.
He's quick when he gets moving! I think the photographer was having a hard time keeping up!
Silly Little Monkey!!
And at the end of it all I think I got a few great pictures for the photo album!!
This last photo was of Joseph gearing up to lick the floor to see if it was real sand. Fortunately he was distracted by one of the photographers...
In the end he was great and we had a fabulous time getting pictures done, but all that fun really wore the little guy out!!
